At this time we do not mail paper catalogs. We are constantly adding new products for you to choose from and therefore we are unable to keep up with producing paper catalogs. Although, we love to help so please let us know if we can answer any questions or offer suggestions.

We accept secure online payments from MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your items have shipped.
Most orders ship within 48 hours. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery within the 48 contiguous states. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your items are shipped. Note that some larger items may take 2-4 weeks as stated in the individual product page description.
Orders shipping to all U.S. addresses within the 48 contiguous states are sent via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail. Please select your choose during check-out.
Note: UPS cannot delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so if possible please always use a physical mailing address or select USPS for products/orders to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We ship to most countries. If you are a neighbor in Canada, in Europe or Australia please make this choice in the shopping cart. If you live outside the US or one of these countries, please e-mail us in the contact section of this website. We will need the products you are interested in purchasing and a complete shipping address so we can forward you a shipping quote if we are able to ship to your country.
Allow two to six weeks from date of order to receive products, as all packages must clear customs and delivery times vary widely.
A few products are not available for international shipping. Please check product description before ordering.
Disclaimer: International packages are sent through the US Postal Service and then transferred to the country's local postal system. We are not able to track packages outside of the United States, and tracking becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
You will recieve an order confirmation once your order is placed. When your order ships you will revieve another e-mail shipment confirmation with either UPS or USPS package delivery tracking number. You can then log onto www.ups.com or www.usps.com to track your order delivery time.
Due to occasional high demand a product may become backordered. If this becomes the case, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of the item that is backordered. You will not be charged for any item that has not shipped.
We want you happy! If you are not satisfied with an item that you have ordered, please let us know within 14 business days of receiving the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Code and supply a return address. Simply place the Return Authorization Code you receive on the inside and outside of the box you will be using for return. A credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Please note the following policies:
Credit will not be given for products returned without a Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package. Items are considered purchased and will be returned at your expense.
Custom items are not returnable.
Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Any returned items must be in orginal condition, unused and in original packaging.We are not able to return shipping cost.
